Members have opportunities to engage in experiences that build essential skills, such as confidence, consensus and team building, event planning, conflict resolution and parliamentary procedure.
Mothers (Patronesses) and daughters (Ticktockers) both have boards. All members have leadership positions either on the board or part of a committee. Patronesses and Ticktockers attend monthly meetings. Ticktockers attend meetings per their grade level. Everyone is responsible for various tasks in the chapter.
Every chapter has a Six-Year Plan for each Ticktocker grade level. This plan is designed to provide a leadership program covering all three NCL pillars – Community Service, Leadership Development and Cultural Experiences. Click here to view NCL Livermore Chapter’s Six-Year Plan.
